PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Tennessee is a former member of the National Speakers Association & Toastmasters and has been a Keynote Speaker (USA) for Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, WWII Veterans Reunions, Charities, Corporate and Political Events. Awarded Man of the Year Biltmore Kiwanis, AZ-2002; is a former member of the Senatorial Inner Circle; former Director for Americans for Vietnam Vets-Chicago and Recipient of Republican Senatorial Medal of Freedom.

Tennessee is currently a member of the Law Society of Ontario, an entertainment attorney who specialized in negotiations for recording artists, producers and writers in Nashville, TN, as well as on air personalities and screenwriters.  Tennessee was Senior V.P. of Business Affairs for Magder Studios of Toronto, and in that role Tennessee negotiated with state representatives and the governor of North Carolina to facilitate Magder’s expansion into North Carolina.  Tennessee then became Lead Consultant to build another studio for a group of furniture moguls in High Point, North Carolina.  

Tennessee took his first company public with proprietary software that was the precursor to what we now know as ‘real-time CGI’.  This technology beat out such companies as Philips BTS, Sony, among others, and was awarded the contract  for the refurbishing of the Babelsberg Studios in Germany.

Tennessee was Founder and Chairman of ECG, which negotiated P&A financing deals with major studios in L.A.  He also negotiated with major international banks and insurance companies; such as The Royal Bank of Scotland, Loyds of London and Alliance of France.  

Tennessee is also a dual citizen between Canada and the U.S.
